- Items purchased in store can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Online purchases can be returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
If the return(s) are found to be in the exact condition purchased in and with all original accessories, we will issue refund to the payment method originally used or exchange your item with the same item of another like item of equal or more value. If item is found to be in worse condition than it was sold in or is missing any originally included accessories, HiLine Electronics reserves the right to deny refund and may issue no refund or a partial refund amount. If full refund is denied we will contact customer first and customer will have option to retrieve returned item(s). HiLine Electronics will hold returned item(s) for 15 days. If items are not retrieved by customer within 15 days, items will become property of HiLine Electronics.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HiLine 100 day guarantee
We work hard to make sure all of our products the highest quality, but just in case we missed something, we offer a 100 day warranty for functionality. We offer a 60 day warranty for all items sold and shipped online. We also offer extended warranty plans that cover accidental damage, if you break stuff we recommend this.
HiLine 100 day 100% functionality guarantee covers:
- Dead pixels - unless specified before purchase
- Powering on issues
- Button failure
- Input or output failure
- Technical defects
- Hardware failure not due to physical damage
Issues not covered:
- Physical damage of any kind - drops or water damage just for example
- Cracked or broken screens or pieces
- Battery wear
- Stolen goods
- Slow software due to a lot of storage being used
- Warranties will not be honored if the product(s) is in significantly worse condition than it was purchased in or has noticeable signs of post purchase damage. Please take care of your stuff. We can tell drop and water damage 99% of the time!

We will respond within 24 hours with details on next steps. If it’s covered we will honor the warranty in the following order
