Do you guys offer a guarantee my products will work?

We do! We work very hard to make sure all of our products are of the highest quality, but just in case we missed something, we offer a 100 day warranty for functionality for all items sold or picked up in store. We offer a 60 day warranty for all items sold and shipped online. We also offer extended warranty plans that cover accidental damage at industry leading prices, if you break stuff we definitely recommend this. 

Our 100 / 60 day warranty covers:

  • Dead pixels - unless specified before purchase
  • Powering on issues
  • Button failure
  • Input or output failure
  • Technical defects
  • Hardware failure

Our 100 / 60 day warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage of any kind - drops or water damage just for example
  • Cracked or broken screens or peices
  • Battery wear
  • Stolen goods

If you can't bring the item in store email avon@hilineelectronics.com and include:

  • Purchase date 
  • Purchase location
  • Item purchased
  • The problem you are having
  • A good picture of the item in the light

We will respond within 24 hours with details on next steps. We will honor the warranty in the following order

  1. Attempt repair
  2. Exchange for exact same product if in stock
  3. Full refund if same product is not in stock

Warranties will not be honored if the product(s) is in significantly worse condition than it was purchased in or has noticeable signs of post purchase damage. Please take care of your stuff. We can tell drop and water damage 99% of the time!

Where do your products come from?

Most of our products come from major retailers and we usually get them through third party sources...until we get bigger and can go straight to the source. 

Do you price match?

Oh yeah! Our goal is the have the best prices anywhere, just let us know what you found and we'll match the price as long as it's a legit source and the same condition. 

How often do you get new inventory?

We try to put new inventory on our showroom floor and on our website every day. At minimum we'll have a good amount of new stock every couple weeks. The more you buy the more we'll get!
